Immer noch war sie ein Kind, als sie die Trends des Europas der vormodernen Kunst kennenlernte und sich damit vertraut machte.<\/p>\n<p>Sie war eine der gro\u00dfen Figuren des Impressionismus, und im heutigen Post w\u00fcrdigen wir sie, weil ihr Werk dem ihrer ber\u00fchmten Malerkollegen dieses historischen Augenblicks, in dem die moderne Kunst geboren wurde, in nichts nachsteht.<\/p>\n<p><p>Nachdem diese Zeit Ihrer Kindheit einen gro\u00dfen Eindruck auf sie hinterlassen hatte, beschloss sie, nach einem Kunststudium an der Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts nach Europa zur\u00fcckzukehren, trotz ihrer Familie, die ihre Karriere nicht mit guten Augen sah. Aber f\u00fcr Cassat war es pure Notwendigkeit, angesichts der gro\u00dfen Leidenschaft, die die Kunst in ihr erweckte.<\/p>\n<p>Zur\u00fcck in Europa, siedelte sie sich in Paris an und wurde ein Mitstreiter der Impressionisten, mit denen sie Erfahrungen und Ausstellungen teilte. Es gab nur eine weitere Frau in dieser Welt der M\u00e4nner, Berthe Morisot, die schon vor einiger Zeit in diesem Blog vorgestellt wurde, mit der sie eine herzliche Beziehung pflegte.<\/p>\n<p>Doch wen Cassat am meisten bewunderte und mit wem sie eine lebenslange Freundschaft pflegte, war mit Edgar Degas. Beide arbeiteten in einigen Angelegenheiten zusammen und unterst\u00fctzten sich gegenseitig. Cassat sagte \u00fcber Degas: &#8222;Ich habe meine Nase gegen das Galeriefenster plattgedr\u00fcckt und habe alles, was ich konnte, von seiner Kunst aufgesogen. Still being a girl when she came to know and became familiar with the trends of the Europe of pre-modern art.<\/p>\n<p>Having left that childhood time a great impression on her, she decided to return to Europe after studying art at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, despite her family, who did not see her career with good eyes. But for Cassat it was pure necessity, given the great passion that art aroused in her.<\/p>\n<p>Back in Europe, she settled in Paris and was a fellow of the Impressionists with whom she shared experiences and exhibitions. There was only one more woman in that world of men, Berthe Morisot, already presented in this blog some time ago, with whom she maintained a cordial relationship.<\/p>\n<p>However, whom Cassat most admired and with whom she maintained a lifelong friendship, was with Edgar Degas. Both collaborated on some themes and supported each other. Cassat said of Degas &#8222;I used to  crush my nose against the gallery window and absorb all I could from his art.
